The boys and girls out and about
A "don't believe it's still winter" dine-out in August at a sunny Silverwater. It always seems to be sunny with a glass of wine!
20 of the club's Wanderers spent a few days in Echuca in May to visit the silo art in the region. A couple of happy hours and dinner at Rich River Golf Club helped to make it very enjoyable. We also had a very entertaining visit to The Great Aussie Beer Shed and some wine tasting at St Anne's.
Birthday Lunch (came round much too quickly again) at Wing Lock in May. 38 years young in 2024.
The Winners Circle. A hot day at Woolamai races in March in aid of The Hub. So we give money to the bookies & they give it to Kaye - how does that work? Well done Kaye!
Dine-Out October was at the San Remo Hotel. It was another great dine-out but had a an air of sadness as we mourn the passing of long time member Bill Hathway just 4 days prior.
The club's annual car rally was held in March with 36 participants. A pleasant drive around the local countryside following Kaye's cryptic clues to the final destination for a BBQ in Loch Village.
That Christmasy feeling was on full display when the RSL hosted the club's Christmas 2024 celebrations which was enjoyed by all. Live music, raffles, wine - what's not to love.
It isn't November without a Cup Day celebration so we trotted down to Rhyll where the ladies hatted-up and we all tried to sweep up the winner.

Around 40 of us made the 4 day trip to Bendigo early September. On the agenda were The Great STUPA of Universal Compassion, Deborah Gold Mine, Bendigo Pottery, a trip on the Talking Tram and even squeezed in a couple of Heathcote wineries. Also found time for a couple of dine-out's - one at the infamous old Shamrock Hotel plus numerous happy hours that seemed to last much longer than an hour - as far as I can remember!
The Wooli
The August Dine-Out was held at the Woolli Tavern. The boys & girls enjoyed some good food (and drink) & good company.
North Pier
September at the North Pier - always a good way to spend a lazy spring lunchtime.
Moonlit Sanctuary
A trip to the Moonlit Sanctuary in Pearcedale in August was thoroughly enjoyed by all. They put on a great show.
Christmas in July 2023
Christmas in July was held at the RSL where local Gippsland band - The ABR Band - entertained us throughout the lunch.
Birthday Time Again
The Probus Club of Phillip Island turned 37 (time going way too quick) in May so celebrations were held at Pino's. As usual it was great food & service plus raffles, drinks and high spirits.
Broughton Hall
A number of us traveled to Broughton Hall, Jindivick in April for a tour of the estate followed by lunch at Five Aces Brewing Co in Neerim South.

Wing Lock
The lunchalots took over the Wing Lock in Cowes for the monthly ritual where a number of round table discussions were had.
Wonthaggi Club
The Wonthaggi Club was the venue for the April dine-out. Marion managed her first dine-like a veteran - a good time had by all and it all went very smoothly.
March Dine-Out
The Waterboy was the place to be in March for the lunchalots. Did we see young love in the air too!!
10 Pin Bowling Feb 2023
The fierce rivalry (well maybe an occasional mild frown) between Islanders & Corinella Probus resumed in February with our monthly10 pin game in Cowes.
Lunch included those amazing chips too!!!
